Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expect a fourth child - again to use a replacement, according to several media reports on Wednesday.
Celebrity magazine Us Weekly and People quoted sources close to the couple as saying that the pregnant woman was pregnant and was expected to give birth in May.
Representatives from reality TV star and her rapper husband did not respond to requests for comment.
Kardashian and West's third child, Chicago, were born through surrogate mothers in January 2018. The couple has two other children, North, 5, and Saint, 3.
They turn to surrogate mothers after doctors warn Kardashian about serious health risks if she is pregnant again after her first two children.
Us Weekly reported that the couple delayed their plans for a fourth child about six months ago when the West was struggling with mental health problems. The rapper said last year he suffered from bipolar disorder and started a strange Twitter Twitter that culminated in an October meeting in the White House with US President Donald Trump, who is Western-backed.
"Kim wants their carriers to get pregnant soon after the birth of Chicago, but they postponed the plan when Kanye had a problem," an unnamed source quoted by Us Weekly, "Kanye is very strong. He is healthy, happy, and his head is clear. They are both very excited this new baby, "added the source.
The West, which said after Trump's meeting that he distanced himself from politics, started the New Year with a series of tweets repeating his support for the Republican president.
"Trump throughout the day," wrote the musician on Twitter on January 1, saying he planned to appear wearing the "Make America Great Again" hat popularized by Trump and his supporters.
"One of my favorites from many things about what Trump's hat showed me is that people can't tell me what to do because I'm black," West added on Twitter.
